Ian Harris – Founder and Managing Director

Ian has over 10 years IT and internet consultancy experience and is the technical brains behind Axamba.

In his earlier career he worked in the Operations Department for a major airline catering company. Keen to put his exceptional IT talents and entrepreneurial flair to good use he set up Axamba at the end of 1999, just before his 21st birthday.

Since then Ian has developed Axamba from its modest beginnings and taken the business through a series of strategic acquisitions through to its position now as one of the most successful IT and Internet solutions companies in the North West, with clients throughout the UK.

Ian’s in-depth technical knowledge, combined with his highly customer orientated focus and hands-on approach, allows him to ensure that both Axamba and Web Tapestry clients benefit from robust solutions that keep their IT and Internet running smoothly.

Steve Taylor – Technology Consultant

Steve has over a decade of diverse experience in the IT and Internet sector, having worked in corporate Technical Support roles before establishing successful IT businesses SILIQ and Local Computer Services.

Steve is a member of the Linux Professional Institute and has particularly strong project management skills.

Steve’s breadth of experience and responsiveness enable him to fulfil his role as Technology Consultant assisting customers in all areas of IT and office technology.

Arshad Rasool – Technology Consultant

Ash has over 15 years experience in providing technical and customer support to a broad range of businesses and industry sectors. He is technically competent to a very high level with particularly strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.

He is also extremely knowledgeable in Microsoft applications. In addition he has the ability to quickly assimilate and understand customers’ requirements and problems, and respond with the right solution.
