launches 4 hour guarantee response service
Axamba IT Solutions has launched a new initiative
which sees Axamba guarantee to respond to any enquiry within
4 hours. The service guarantee, part of its innovative Axamba
Net-care™ product, is the latest customer service initiative
that Manchester’s leading IT and Internet Solutions
company has launched.

The 4 hour guarantee means that a member of
Axamba’s customer service or technical team will respond
to a client’s enquiry within 4 hours, providing customers
with further peace of mind.
